In an older home, unwanted ventilation is often an issue, with cold air leaking in around windows and under kitchen cabinets. We start fresh with proper insulation, plumb and level framing, new wiring and plumbing, appropriate rangehood venting and either in-floor heating, or a kickplate heater.
